Jefry and the actual service was perfect, The overall service department - awful. I called the first time to book an appointment and no one answered the phone after at least 15 rings, Second time I got service department - awful. I called the first time to book an appointment and no one answered the phone after at least 15 rings, Second time I got sent to a service advisor (not Jefry) and left a message - no return call. Next day - I got sent to another service advisor (not Jefry) and I had to leave a messagej - no return call., On my FOURTH attempt, I left a message for Jefry, and HE RETURNED MY CALL. The gentleman who drove me home after I dropped off the car was also very friendly - much appreciated. More
