I was extremely frustrated yesterday at my appointment. Every question I asked my service adviser I was told to ask my sales person. My sales person said to ask my service adviser. I was asking if I could take my car outside of Porsche to have it serviced for maintenance I was told no I could not do any service outside of Porsche if I wanted to stay in warranty. They were asking me for $1300 for spark plugs with 23,000 miles on my car! In addition I was told I needed 2 new tires at a cost of approx $840. I called Tire Kingdom from my service advisers desk and was able to get the 2 new tires for a total of less then $700! I have been driving a porsche for 6 years now and sadly I am going to test drive Mercedes, BMW's and Audi's in the next few weeks after this experience. More
