The people here are great, I always receive excellent service. My only suggestion is to include a "parts ordered/available" qualifier when scheduling a service appointment online for a recall. This would ensure that the part is available before a customer makes an appointment and makes the trip to the dealer. It's not the best experience to show up for a scheduled appointment for a recall only to find out that the part is on backorder. More

Amanda has been helping me for years at Central Jeep Norwood, along with Johanna. They go above and beyond always and genuinely care.
