We ended up putting our names on a waiting list which took almost six months, however Janelle was constantly checking in with us, keeping us updated on vehicles that were coming in to see if we wanted those models, and keeping us updated on the vehicle we were waiting on. She is hands down the best employee at Toyota in Manchester and we will 100% go back to her anytime we are in the market for a new vehicle! More
