The service department did not provide accurate information regarding my vehicle’s repairs. I was originally told my repair would be covered by warranty, but it was not. All of my interactions with staff were very positive and they showed sincere caring on my service visit. Although I didn’t see the gentleman’s name that had the most interaction with me for my service appt… they showed sincere caring on my service visit. Although I didn’t see the gentleman’s name that had the most interaction with me for my service appt….slim dark hair mustache eastern name (forgot it!)…he was awesome. And Brandon who sold me the car sat down with me for a review of my add-on package which was very appreciated. Great people at Morrie’s Hyundai and they help me feel good about my investment in my vehicle. More
