Severely disappointed with the service and customer care. My sales person Jenni was amazing. She was honest to the point and easy to work with. The finance manager Sheldon was the issue. He was extremely pushy with warranty. I told him I didn’t need gap insurance he then asked me to explain to him what gap was and why I thought I didn’t need it. When it came to the extended warranty he then kept telling me “you’re not understanding the value of this I’ll explain it again.” At one point he looked at my boyfriend (who was there for solely for moral support) and asked him if he thought I understood the value. It took 4 “no’s” for him to stop “explaining the amazing value” to me and to finally start signing the paperwork. His attitude changed completely. He went from being friendly to just clicking thru the pages pointing to where to sign. His approach soured the whole experience. He was one explanation away from losing a sale. More
