I wanted a new truck with all the safety features I could get. I talked with the sales staff but particularly Brandon and Heath. They did now have the truck I wanted but they found one at another location get. I talked with the sales staff but particularly Brandon and Heath. They did now have the truck I wanted but they found one at another location and got it for me. It did not have the electric running boards or a tonneau cover for the back. They got both for me and had them installed at the dealer. The wait time for installing the items was longer than they anticipated. As soon as they realized it would take longer they immediately offered to have someone take me home which was 20 mites away and then came back to pick me up when things were ready. Because the truck came from another location, later I found the mats in the truck were not installed properly at the other dealer. I called and they told me to bring it in without an appointment and they would fix it for me. I came in the next day with no appointment and Holly had them fix the issue in about 30 minutes all without an appointment. She was most gracious the whole time offering me coffee and a snack. I could not ask for better people to work with at the dealership. I have been to the dealership numerous times with other vehicles over a period of 10 or more years. I have never had a poor experience there. That involves changing oil, servicing the vehicle, purchase of tires and parts installation and I could not be more pleased. I have purchased several vehicles there as well. More
