I had a great experience with Jennifer at BMW and Mini 2 weeks ago while my daughter was finishing up her purchase with Laz, which he was great too. She mentioned she was fairly new, but you honestly wouldn’t be able to tell she was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I can already tell they have a great employee on their team. I truly wish her the best in her career with the company, she’s definitely an asset to the team. She provided a follow up on Friday to see how we were doing.
