I simply want someone at Corwin Honda to be accountable for the damage they did to my car and have it fixed back the way it was as promptly as possible. It all started with an oil change back in February and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed the way it was. I simply went in for a oil change and after getting home I noticed grease stains in the fabric it side. To get that fixed, they put a hole in the top fabric liner. To get that fixed, they did not seal all the rubber around the doors and left huge bubbles in the fabric liner. All awhile I am calling Honda Corporate, the service managers (Warren and Shawna). The general store manager (Curtis) and you, the customer service manager and I did not get a single call back from anyone! If this is not called bad service, I am not sure what is. More

There were multiple errors within 1 service appointment, and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service and additional damage from the second service appointment. Additionally, 3 of the 5 issues were not resolved within the 2 weeks that Corwin’s service department had our vehicle. There was a lack of responsibility, communication issues within the workplace, negligence, subpar standards for quality and controls, lack of detail/thoroughness, and an absence of honesty in Corwin’s service department.
