If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Granite Subaru committed CPO fraud by certifying a vehicle with missing keys. They refuse to help, forced me to escalate to Subaru of America, and Su Granite Subaru committed CPO fraud by certifying a vehicle with missing keys. They refuse to help, forced me to escalate to Subaru of America, and Subaru of America had to give me a voucher for a second key I was promised. They gave me a remote start button, and told me they were waiting on the former owner to return the key. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months without the second key. At every turn, granite Subaru made it extremely difficult to obtain the bare minimum things I needed… A second key, some touchup paint they wrote in the paperwork, and my plates. They ghosted Subaru of America after they had to get involved!! They refuse to cooperate. Granite Subaru lied to Subaru of America, claiming they left me voicemails when they did not, and mailed things out when indeed they did not. It has been almost 2 months and I’m still missing my key. Do not work with this dealership whatsoever. More

I first came to this dealership because I'd been a longtime customer of the service department, so it felt like the natural choice when it was time for my next vehicle. My overall experience was mostly positive, thanks in large part to Elliott, who was helpful and patient throughout the process — including going out of his way to source the car from another dealership to get me exactly what I wanted. A few of my requests weren't fully understood at first, but we were able to work through most of that together on the day of signing. A couple of things fell short of expectations: the final price ended up a bit higher than initially discussed. I was also told the car wasn't ready in time because the bike rack hadn't come in yet, which I understood at the time. It wasn't until pickup day — and after I got home — that I realized the bike rack actually installed wasn't the model I'd asked for, despite paying for the one I specifically wanted. The car was also delivered without the front license plate, which left me hesitant to drill into it myself out of concern it could affect the warranty. That said, I want to recognize the service team, who made a real effort to get the car ready for pickup on a tight timeline. When it arrived, it was beautifully detailed and looked amazing — clearly a lot of care went into it. When I called to follow up on the plate, the sales manager's message was simply to bring the car in, and he was accommodating about it, which I appreciated. My one hope going forward is that finishing the paperwork won't require another multi-hour wait at the dealership, as that was one of the more challenging parts of my first visit. Overall, I had a good experience working with Elliott and the service team, and I'm optimistic these smaller details can be ironed out. A bit more attention to matching requested add-ons and streamlining the paperwork process would make for an even smoother experience next time. More
