I thought I could trust my usual mechanic but they did more damage for a simple oil change. Now I just go to Granite for my routine service. They even let me know if I'm overdue for something else. This is the second week in a row that my tire pressure was incorrect. It has nothing to do with the ambient temperature. The tech cannot read the tire pressure that is printed on the drivers door. A-1 service again! I needed an oil change and I also had an issue with my windshield wipers. Roberto was great! Both items were taken care of and the car got a good che I needed an oil change and I also had an issue with my windshield wipers. Roberto was great! Both items were taken care of and the car got a good check-up. There were a few other things that I had let slip and I got all but one job taken care of with this visit. And, I got my car back earlier than expected. Whatever formula Granite Subaru has going, don't change it! The staff is friendly and efficient, the facility is always clean...just a good place to do business. More
