No, the Service Manager did not reach out to me. I had TWO bad service visits, two weeks in a row, with the same issue. I am sure you read my review. So, explain to me why I would trust you to do an oil change on my vehicle? I do not have confidence that I would get the correct weight oil or possibly get no oil at all, since your service department cannot fill my tires correctly.
