This is the second week in a row that my tire pressure was incorrect. It has nothing to do with the ambient temperature. The tech cannot read the tire pressure that is printed on the drivers door. A-1 service again! I needed an oil change and I also had an issue with my windshield wipers. Roberto was great! Both items were taken care of and the car got a good che I needed an oil change and I also had an issue with my windshield wipers. Roberto was great! Both items were taken care of and the car got a good check-up. There were a few other things that I had let slip and I got all but one job taken care of with this visit. And, I got my car back earlier than expected. Whatever formula Granite Subaru has going, don't change it! The staff is friendly and efficient, the facility is always clean...just a good place to do business. More

Granite Subaru did a major repair (normal fixes on a high-mileage car) which required engine removal. When Jennifer, the Service writer I worked with, alerted me to the repairs my car needed, I asked to high-mileage car) which required engine removal. When Jennifer, the Service writer I worked with, alerted me to the repairs my car needed, I asked to see what she was referring to. (I need to "see it" to "understand it".) Jennifer walked me out to the service bay and introduced me to the Techs. The Techs put the car up on a lift and walked me through what they planned to do and answered all my questions. I just got the car back and the engine runs smoothly and quietly. The clutch is perfect. Jennifer proactively kept me updated throughout the time my car was in the shop. And, I got an unexpected bonus. When I opened the hood after the repairs, I was delighted to see that the Techs went the extra mile and detailed the engine and engine bay. It's beautiful. (Yes. I'm a "car guy".) Thank you Granite Subaru. Well done. More

I made the switch from a different Subaru dealership (in NH) about five years ago when we bought our current Subaru from Granite because of the service department.
