I did the installation of a remote start and my first maintenance of 6000 miles , was very well taken care of by Jennifer. It was wrong to expect 2 hours or more of waiting, but it only took 1 hour and maintenance of 6000 miles , was very well taken care of by Jennifer. It was wrong to expect 2 hours or more of waiting, but it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes. More

I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless and efficient my service experience was. I am also very appreciative of the attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere and the extra effort made by Jennifer, my my service experience was. I am also very appreciative of the attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere and the extra effort made by Jennifer, my service advisor. In addition to an oil change and tire rotation, service techs identified a cabin air filter that needed to be replaced. Also I had a plastic part that came loose from the back of my driver’s seat, and it was taken care of during my appointment. I had previously received an offer of a complimentary hand wash for my Forester at my next service appointment. To my delight, the service department went above and beyond and cleaned the all-weather floor liners inside as well. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received at Granite Subaru. I will definitely return for any future service needs. Thank you! More

Was expensive! Small personal articles were thrown out. There was no windshield washer fluid and cap was off. Complimentary hand wash? Had visible dirt. Came in to get an oil change and brakes done on Saturday. Service tech noticed that was an oil leak and Jennifier Bisson provided the phone number to speak with Subuaru about the issue immediately. Appre Service tech noticed that was an oil leak and Jennifier Bisson provided the phone number to speak with Subuaru about the issue immediately. Appreciated that Jennifer provided this number to try and help me out. The service techs did their job and had the car serviced in the promised time. More
