I did the installation of a remote start and my first maintenance of 6000 miles , was very well taken care of by Jennifer. I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless and efficient my service experience was. I am also very appreciative of the attention to detail, the welcoming atmosphere and the extra effort made by Jennifer, my my service experience was. In addition to an oil change and tire rotation, service techs identified a cabin air filter that needed to be replaced. Also I had a plastic part that came loose from the back of my driver’s seat, and it was taken care of during my appointment. I had previously received an offer of a complimentary hand wash for my Forester at my next service appointment. To my delight, the service department went above and beyond and cleaned the all-weather floor liners inside as well. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received at Granite Subaru. I will definitely return for any future service needs. Thank you! More
