I thought I already wrote a review. It was fine for an oil change. Took about an hour and a half. It must have been the full however many point inspection. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car washed. Then I was told my car was washed. I came out to a bone dry car. Not dried off. Still dirty as it was when I came in. Oh well. More

It was a very pleasant experience having my Crosstrek serviced by Granite. Everyone was very friendly, and the waiting room was nicely done and very clean. My auto was finished on time, and they even h serviced by Granite. Everyone was very friendly, and the waiting room was nicely done and very clean.
