My car was scheduled for service on Saturday but on Friday it would not start. I contacted the dealership and they hooked me up with a tow from Subaru Roadside assistance. The truck arrived when it was Friday it would not start. I contacted the dealership and they hooked me up with a tow from Subaru Roadside assistance. The truck arrived when it was supposed to and brought me to the dealership where I IMMEDIATELY was assisted by Jennifer Bisson, who did a terrific job. She got me a loaner quickly and scheduled my additional service, even including the original service I'd scheduled for the next day. The car was even ready a day earlier than promised and I deove it home again. Great service all around by Jennifer and Granite Subaru. More
