Great work. Jennifer is great to work with and keep me in the loop as far as pricing and scheduling. I got my Jeep repaired and returned to me clean. Driver side front blinker light not functioning. Called for an appointment to have problem fixed and get info why a Durango with extreme low mileage couple years old would have light problems. The back tailgate light surround had to be replaced several months ago. A very high dollar item, but lucky to have warranty coverage. Although, I was told Service was very busy they were able to fit me in on a Saturday 6 days after I called. Service Rep very nice to work with as always. Vehicle arrived early checked in and was done in couple of hours. I was told it would have to be there all day. Thankful it was a simple light bulb replace, no reason why it went out. And, it was a cheap fix. Again, thankful. Or, it may have not left the Dealership. I like my Durango very much so far, but questioning why the light problems. This was not a cheap vehicle to purchase. I have had vehicles for years without any light issues, ever. My 2002 Jeep Cherokee required only the license plate light to be replaced. My Ford trucks never a light bulb replacement ever. Wondering? More

chaotic Had appointment to have 4 new tires put on my jeep. Left my vehicle early as I had already arranged with Jennifer. When I called to confirm that my Had appointment to have 4 new tires put on my jeep. Left my vehicle early as I had already arranged with Jennifer. When I called to confirm that my vehicle would be done by 10 as previously arranged I was told that my tires had not yet made it to the dealership. I was unable to be without my vehicle for the rest of the day so I picked up my vehicle and made arrangements for the tires to be installed on Tuesday the 13th. Travis picked up my vehicle at my workplace and I was told that I would have my vehicle by 1:00. After 1:00 I was told by Jennifer that the wrong size tires had been sent and no one had checked this before my car was picked up. The new tires would not be at your dealership until noon the next day and that was the best they could do. My car was brought back to my workplace and I made arrangements to have my car picked up on Wednesday To have tires installed. Finally my tires were installed. What an exasperating experience! Jennifer was apologetic and did not charge for alignment and had my car cleaned up. I bring my vehicle to you for all of my service work. This was the worst of my experiences. i am not sure who is responsible for making sure everything is in place for service work appointments but someone dropped the ball on this one. Jennifer is always pleasant and respectful. Previous experiences have been good so that is why I was disappointed this time. More
