Difficult to talk to a service person, actual service good It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but It was very frustrating trying to actually talk to a service person to make an appointment. I was calling a number that appeared to go this dealer but the person who was answering was not at my local dealer, she told me she was transferring me to a service person at my dealer but it just went to a voice system, I tried several other times and it just rang and rang and rang. I had to call about 6 times before a service person actually answered the phone. I don't mind if someone answers and puts me on hold for a few minutes but I think it's terrible customer service to just not answer. I was able to get an appt that day to deal with a tire that needed plugged, they found the issue immediately and fixed it quickly. And the wifi in this dealer is really good for those who wait. More

I drop the wrangler off the night before the service and the car isn’t done until the day after. The other thing is the fact that Wrangler has required this service so many times. Is it the quality of the product or the quality of the service? Jennifer is always friendly, helpful and effective. Great to work with. More
