2018 Accord Service My appointment time was met and Donnie Seufzer was thorough in asking the questions to insure I received the service needed. He came to the waiting area twice to keep me appraised of the progress on my vehicle. I was more than satisfied. Jennifer Chasse was my service advisor for several years. I was always pleased with her and am glad to see she has been rewarded for her service. I will now ask for Donnie for I feel the way about him that I felt about Jennifer. They will look out for me and do what is needed. I did attempt to obtain an appointment on line with Alice but did not receive a call back and had to call and spoke with Trey. He was able to slot me in at the time I wanted. Overall, the service dept appears to be running much smoother than in the past. More
