Poor service with bad attitude. I had an 8:30am appointment Friday. I arrived at 8:20am. A young man took my info. i went into the waiting room to wait for the completion of a simple I had an 8:30am appointment Friday. I arrived at 8:20am. A young man took my info. i went into the waiting room to wait for the completion of a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting I went to check on my car. They said it had not been written up yet. Jen said I would be next in line. Over one hour later she said it was done. My $35 service fee became $48.66. I was so tired of all this that I signed the receipt and she told me to go out and wait by the curb. I did so and waited another 15 minutes before someone told me that I was suppose to go the a station to get my keys. Seems like she was getting even with me! Yesterday i got an email from Brandon Honda stating that I missed my appointment. I will never go back to Brandon Honda again! More

Knowledgeable, patient (see the number of communications we had for months!) and very engaging. Showed us how everything works and cleaned up after the guys who were supposed to clean the car before we pick we had for months!) and very engaging. Brandon Honda should be on your map for a place to purchase your next New/Used vehicle. Customer Service is top notch! I had Travis Bedell as my sales associate and Dan Jordy as the Manager. Both were purchase your next New/Used vehicle. Customer Service is top notch! I had Travis Bedell as my sales associate and Dan Jordy as the Manager. Both were very accommodating and willing to work through some details to help my wife and I accomplish what we needed. Travis was great with follow up each time I had a question. We couldn’t seem to locate the second key so Dan went above and responded by having one made by them for us. This is the TEAM!! There was a “we owe”on the vehicle contingent on a purchase, so when I brought the vehicle back to have some minor work done Carina Burr was my contact. While It was getting worked on I mentioned that the windshield washer fluid wasn’t coming out. No questions she had her team fix one of the hoses and that was it. That wasn’t in any warranty or anything it was just a ‘do right’ for the customer In the moment. More

I always take my Honda vehicles for services and repairs to I normally receive quality service and repairs from Barandon Honda. I normally go to service advisor Jennifer Chasse because I trust her advice and if I normally receive quality service and repairs from Barandon Honda. I have used other service advisors over the years but Jennifer has been most helpful to me. More
