Great customer service We brought our car in after our daughter had the oil changed and several items were recommended to be done. We made an appointment and met with Jenn w We brought our car in after our daughter had the oil changed and several items were recommended to be done. We made an appointment and met with Jenn who was very helpful and not pushy about things that needed to be looked at.she got us a lyft home and called later in the day to tell us what needed to be done. I requested a loaner car since we needed to leave the car overnight. She scheduled us to be lyfted back to the dealer and had a loaner car ready when we arrived. Jenn was awesome! She explained what needed to be addressed right away and what could wait until the next oil change or 2. I highly recommend Jenn and the service department. Very professional but not pushy. More

After doing my research I made the 45-minute journey to Brandon because of the courteous responsiveness of the salesman thru email and phone. The following day I arrived and was promptly seen at my appointment time. An acceptable purchase price was agreed upon and I drove the car home. Returned two days later for installation of ordered add ons. Service department kept me informed and installation was done completely to my satisfaction. More

Dealer makes good when there are problems Last time I had service done here, the techs forgot to put my mag lock key back in the car. I hit some road debris and had a flat and could not get th Last time I had service done here, the techs forgot to put my mag lock key back in the car. I hit some road debris and had a flat and could not get the tire off to put on the spare. I had to pay someone to come out and change the tire. When I brought the car in to fix the tire and explained the problems, they were quick to offer a credit for all work done along with some additional service no charge to make up for the inconvienance. Mistakes will happen, but not everyone owns up to their mistakes or works to make it right. These guys do. More
