Service is a challenge here. Getting thru on phone especially. Waiting for parts that could’ve been ordered without a first appt. Will then need to leave car again to replace obviously defective exter especially. Waiting for parts that could’ve been ordered without a first appt. Will then need to leave car again to replace obviously defective exterior light bar. Efficiency and courtesy could be improved. Seems to be very few Hyundai dealerships for such a populated area. Service was very good. Unfortunately, I can go to oil stop, and get an oil change in 30 minutes. They did rotate the tires, brake and tire wear checks, but You can get it done much faster at other places stop, and get an oil change in 30 minutes. I did it at the dealer because it was free, but I had to take a day off of work, because I work nights. More

Took my car in to get a nail removed from my tire. Given that shipping issues meant all the parts weren't available, Manly kept me informed. All but one issue was resolved, the last awaiting a part. An employee drove me to, and picked me up from, a sho available, Manly kept me informed. All but one issue was resolved, the last awaiting a part.
