We have all had the experience of a salesperson talking down the opposition or a company glorifying itself in areas of the customers least importance while forgetting the end goal of locking in a sale. Upon calling IDE Honda after one of these experiences, we were immediately transported to a different car buying dimension. Jen assured us the vehicle we were looking for was on site and had it ready for our test drive upon our arrival. It was perfect, we gave Jen our numbers we wanted to be at and she exceeded both the payment amount as well as the down payment! Here’s where our IDE Honda car buying experience went to another level. Jen came back one final time to let us know we would be able to upgrade from the already superb CR-V EX-L to the EX-L Trailsport and we couldn’t be happier! Jen was perfect from start to finish, informative, to the point, clearly honest and so comfortably personable. This isn’t a recommendation as there isn’t another place you should go!
