I was interested in buying a new hybrid CRV which brought me to IDE Honda’s website. I looked at their site as I had a recall service on my existing CRV and I was impressed with their professionalism; let al me to IDE Honda’s website. As I perused the website looking at the available cars, I noticed that there were a few favorable reviews posted. Called the dealership and was transferred to Jennifer Flammia (a name mentioned in the reviews I read). Jenn answered the questions I had and offered a bit more information that set the stage for an appointment to see the vehicles. She continued to supply much needed assistance in evaluating if a Hybrid was what was right for me. After the test drive and being confident in the vehicle, Jenn continued to listen and worked with me to come up with a very good deal.
