She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She has a great personality. We felt at ease and not pressured. She was able to give us a fair trade and discount amount. Jennifer acknowledged and appreciated that we have been long time customers of ide Honda. She was careful to show us all the features when we picked up the vehicle. Even setting up our phones. She made all the difference in making the car shopping experience a really good one. We worked with Kiersten in finance. She was just as professional and pleasant. We highly recommend both of them to anyone in the market for a different vehicle. Kathy and John Ryckbost More

All of the employees my family and I encountered while visiting the dealership this time around (I came about three times before finally choosing a Honda Passport) were kind, upfront, and patient while I decided which vehicle would be my next purchase. Brad Constantino was especially helpful in answering my various questions, following up with emails, and supporting me in understanding the key features of my new vehicle. I am so thankful to him and dealership for making the car buying process easy. Thanks Ide Honda! More
