Came in for an oil change. When I was leaving Oil light remained on and pressure was low so took the car back in and the technician checked and found that I was a quart low. Ho When I was leaving Oil light remained on and pressure was low so took the car back in and the technician checked and found that I was a quart low. How can that be if I came in for an oil change? Anyway, he said he would add the oil and I waited 40 minutes For someone to tell me, my car was ready again and finally I came to the service writer to ask her to check on the car and the car had been sitting there waiting. No one had informed me - she didn’t know either. That’s not all, I had another issue That needed to be addressed and so I took the car to a different repair shop a couple days later and they found that the oil was overfilled and there was sludge noted under the oil cap. They had to do another oil change which, of course I had to pay for again . So I am not happy right now. More
