Unfortunately the process was not smooth as expected. During the sale part everyone would be available and trying to commit the sale. Unfortunately, after the sale was done the Financial department was n During the sale part everyone would be available and trying to commit the sale. Unfortunately, after the sale was done the Financial department was not the best process as they were rushing to have the paperwork signed without allowing time to read it. During the sale process I was offered a tax credit, however it was not a credit it was tax exemption, both words are different but the financial department could not understand this was a trick to commit the sale. This was a cash purchase, they required me to sign a document allowing them to release my information, as it was a cash purchase I didn't have to disclose my personal data so I was fine proceeding with the mentioned document. The issue is that they called me after the paperwork was signed requesting my SSN, they were really pushing, I am glad my wife reminded me before I shared it. Also, there was a part for my new car that they had to order as part of the 'will do agreement' and they said they would call me whenever the part arrives. I had to follow up with them to even order the part, as they didn't follow up. It was until I got transferred to the manager that everything changed and started moving as expected. I feel the only issue is the lower level resources to be provided with the correct training to be able to support the users. I hope I would not face any issues with the title delivery. More
