She listened to all of my needs and requests. She worked us up a perfect deal and was honest the whole way. She listened to what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise monthly. She sent me everything and was transparent. We drove an hour and a half to meet Jen and she had the car pulled up and ready for us even before we showed. She is thoughtful and organized. She had everything prepared to make our time at the dealership as easy and quick as possible as she knew we were from out of town. The process was smooth and nothing changed when we arrived at the dealership. Jen Montrose is great at her job and cares about making you the best deal that works for you. We happily signed and drove away in our brand new Volvo S60. We love it so much! We are so grateful for Jen for making it work out for us and making us new Volvo owners.
