Because this was my first experience at a dealership and purchasing a car on my own, at the beginning I was a bit nervous and hopeful Kenny would be able to guide me through the process, and yeah, he was there from the start to finish. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE Yesterday we drove 2 hours to Stuckey Ford from where we live only to find out that the car that we had been interested in WAS SOLD. This is after we received a message less than an hour and a half before that the car was still there. They were OBVIOUSLY lying to us and they knew that the car had sold but they didn't text us until 20 min before our appointment to tell us. Unfortunately, we did not see that text and walked into the dealership. When we found out we started to leave and an OBNOXIOUS sales lady RAN after us trying to smooth things over. VERY ANNOYING AND RUDE. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! More
