Lied about damage and accident history when confronted they told me their employees buy cars wreck them have the shop fix them up on the low and put them back on the like it didn't happen. They lowballed me on the buyback price trying to make more off me when I said no they just ignored me and now wont reply. Horrible dealership. The damage wasn't visible until I got into maintenance on the car no integrity bad customer service go somewhere else so you don't have to get a lawyer like me. More

Tyler Gibbons Unfortunately, I had an accident that caused me to have a total loss on my vehicle. Well after almost 2 weeks I needed a Car and had contacted my frie Unfortunately, I had an accident that caused me to have a total loss on my vehicle. Well after almost 2 weeks I needed a Car and had contacted my friend Tyler Gibbons to see when I could make an appoitment with him. Once I arrived I answered a few of his questions I told him I found interest in Subaru, but wanted to stay at my same payment as the Malibu LT Limited that was totaled. Within a few hours looking at a few different styles of Subaru I was very impressed with the Subaru brand and selected one that I really liked. It is two years newer than my Malibu with many more options only 15000 miles, more safety features (and higher safety ranking overall), a more solid ride, and much better gas mileage!!! Best part is that Finance Manager Sushant Mathen worked the numbers so well that I'm paying a few dollars less even than before (even with GAP Insurance)!!! Thank you all for your extraordinary customer service!!! More

They listen to what I wanted the payment to be and found the best deal for me with the payment I wanted and a down payment of unde I bought a new car.
