Poor Customer Service!! My husband and I had been in contact with the dealership for a couple of days and set up an appointment to purchase a vehicle, due to our work schedu My husband and I had been in contact with the dealership for a couple of days and set up an appointment to purchase a vehicle, due to our work schedules Tuesday when we talked to them we told them we would be there on Thursday evening. We asked for some rough numbers on Tuesday so I could finance the vehicle through our local bank. I waited all day Wednesday and no one contacted us. So I sent Kathleen an email stating that we were under the impression that someone was going to contact us today with a rough estimate on the price of the vehicle so I could call my bank with the information. No one contacted us! My husband and I put in to leave work early on Thursday to get there at a reasonable time (we live 2hr 17min away). Today which is Thursday (the day we were going to purchase the vehicle) Kathleen calls and says I am sorry but you have 15min to put down a deposit, someone else is interested in the vehicle you want. They have already put the deposit down and we just haven’t processed it yet cause we wanted giving you a chance first. ( Really ) sounds to me you have already sold it to that person. That really didn’t set well with me. She said that they had started that because they had been burned so many times, and I said....did this just start today cause no one had ever mentioned anything about a deposit before. Very terrible and upsetting experience! Needless to say we are not buying the vehicle that I wanted due to there terrible customer service. I would have not hesitated to put down the deposit yesterday if they would have called and told us, but the way the went about it was very distasteful. I am sorry to say that I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership ever!! More

Out of towner purchasing experience..
