Service center scheduled a recall service. The service center did not confirm it had the necessary parts in advance of the service. Furthermore, the dealership said they would order the part and contact me to reschedule the recall, but it has been 3weeks and I have not heard from them More

My experience was very disappointing. I received a solicitation for an oil change and multi point inspection in the mail and thought I would give them a try again since it was approximate I received a solicitation for an oil change and multi point inspection in the mail and thought I would give them a try again since it was approximately 8 years since I had service there. I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT @ 7:30 AM and was therefore the 1st person there!! I was even there before the employees. That being said I should have been in and out of there in no time; especially since I requested NO tire rotation as the car had just gotten new brakes and a full alignment. Before I knew it there were 12 people sitting in the waiting area & people who came in after me were told they were finished . I was there for over 2 hours …. Never was there ANY COMMUNICATION verbal or via txt initiated by KIA ….. it was myself who was inquiring of such. Was told that a video of the inspection would be sent to me within a few minutes yet that never happened. Instead I had to return to the dealers approximately 2hrs later to request it AGAIN …. It was not an experience I would ever like to repeat, I love my 2007 Sedona and have maintained it very well through the years and will continue to do so …..unfortunately not at that dealership… As a business owner, single parent and caregiver for my mom … time is of the essence…. If I ever ran my business as such ….. I’d be out of business. What a shame ….. More
