My 1st impression was hopefully but final results was 0, can't blame customer service rep or manager so have to blame Kia dealership and was still charged the diagnostic even though it was for the recall an can't blame customer service rep or manager so have to blame Kia dealership and was still charged the diagnostic even though it was for the recall and the diagnostic gave no detailed info of the engine problem so I give Kia 1 out of 10, not good More

Was unable to do the mechanical work required to fix the heat in my truck would not recommend xxxx. Poor performance said it was the best they could do.
