When going to Napoli Kia in Milford. It’s always a pleasure to work with all of the service advisors. Especially Berit Ostensen, she is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely It’s always a pleasure to work with all of the service advisors. Especially Berit Ostensen, she is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely kind. She will treat you with kindness and respect and will keep you updated on the progress while your car is being serviced. I have worked with her for a while and every time, it was always a pleasure to work with her. Never had a negative experience with her or any other service advisors. So, I personally highly recommend Napoli KIA of Milford simply because their Service Department is the best of the business.. honestly it’s rare these days to have a friendly customer service, a lot’s of place definitely doesn’t have that vibe. You will not be disappointed if you go there to have your car serviced. Thank you to Berit Ostensen and the other advisors Jennifer, Marissa, Courtney for their exemplary leadership and dedication to their customers. Just outstanding people all around. More
