We first inquired via email about ordering a new Jeep. The initial response we received from Jennifer was reason we decided to order thru Pellegrino. The only thing we were not completely happy with was despite the fact that we were told that there would ALWAYS be a sale/rebate/incentive available, when we picked up our Wagoneer there were apparently none. We were told over the phone that somebody was working on getting all the rebates and incentives applied to our purchase, but when we arrived with checkbook in hand we were told "Sorry, there are none available". However, we are completely happy with our new Wagoneer so far! More
