I took in my Mini Countryman for routine service, and as usual was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by Mitch Shefveland and his service team. Mitch took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, and after they were finished, he went over what they had done. The service was done in a timely manner, and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable in the “lounge” while I waited. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to highly recommend Mitch and the entire service team at Bill Jacobs MINI. More
