.so? They sold me a vehicle, with"minor" cosmetic damage that "was repaired". No problem, right? Wrong. I get the car home and see the whole trunk door was off kilter, I bring it back..the sales manager and sales person tried to excuse it as to "oh honda back doors are always a little off".This was clearly more than that! They finally agreed to fix it, gave me a loaner for a few days. I pick up the 2022 crv, and the inside of the back door is...damaged. Sales woman tells me to "not freak out" about it...At this point, I am just sick of them and say fine, leave it. Today it was pointed out that my taillights are out..I have had this car for a couple of weeks. Why am I running for a car that is fairly new?? Honda certified used??After this issue gets resolved, I will NEVER do business here again.

I just returned your call, and left all my contact info on your voice mail, after visiting the Hoffman dealership to make an appointment to drop off this car, once again. The " fixed trunk "door leaks, (just noticed that with the rain)as well as the none working taillight, and at this point, who knows what else. Please explain to me, Mr Mandirola, how exactly is this a certified used vehicle. 25k miles, 2022 crv. And already in the shop TWICE within a few weeks of owning it??? Things go wrong with cars-understandable, which is why I decided to trade in my old CRV and upgrade in the first place. My old crv had about 100k miles on it though, and was a 2015. Service Advisor-Outstanding service, and one of the reasons I decided to buy a car here in the first place. She goes above and beyond, ALWAYS fitting me into a busy service schedule. She is truly an asset to your company, as well as Tyler May, Service Manager, who promptly took care of the issues with this new vehicle, making sure everything was checked and double checked-all with a pleasant demeanor, while dealing with an irate customer. I thank them both.
