Jenny Scott gets 5 stars for continuously keeping me informed but for your service department to have my vehicle 13 days before you completed the work was ridiculous. You only started working on the re informed but for your service department to have my vehicle 13 days before you completed the work was ridiculous. You only started working on the repairs on day 12 and completed them on day 13. The two stars is no reflection on Jenny Scott but your service repairman for their slow completion of repairs! The same thing happed over two years ago when I brought my Outback in for repairs and you kept it for about 13 days before you completed the repairs on it as well! More

I have brought my 2019 Ascent for normal maintenance and a recall installation. Every experience, from purchase to present, has been delightful from end to end. All the staff have been superior in skill a recall installation. Every experience, from purchase to present, has been delightful from end to end. All the staff have been superior in skill and friendliness. The case managers for shop work have always gone out of their way to keep me informed as to progress, etc. During one of the last two visits, my wife brought her car to take me shopping while the work was being done. The battery in her car died in the parking lot. When I notified the case manager that I was going to call AAA, she arranged for a jump start. In three minutes, a young man and his supervisor arrived at the car and the supervisor instructed the young man as to how to make the jump start. I am happy to have this chance to report. Other rating services did not offer this opportunity. More
