Normally service is good but this time I almost got charged for something that was not done. Fortunately the service advisor caught the error and had it fixed. My experience was exceptional! Clean, comfortable and finished in a timely manner. I arrived in the express lane and was promptly greeted. Explained that I was there for my 12,000 service. The service tech explained what services would be performed and how long I should expect to wait, then guided me to the lounge. It was a clean and comfortable waiting area with drinks and restrooms and free WiFi available. I was greeted by a text when they started the service and asked if I needed anything. When the service was completed I received a text and I returned to the service area. The service tech then explained what was completed and made me aware that there were no issues. From start to finish I was kept aware of their progress...and it only took about 35-40 minutes and I was back on the road!! More
