My time was amazing, got my repair done very quickly and the desk person even waited 15 minutes until after desk close to give me my keys. My concerns were that I wasn’t notified when my car servicing was finished. Staff in the shop area didn’t seem to know where my car was. They do great work and are willing to accommodate you in unusual circumstances. The service front desk associates take some getting used to... don't expect traditional retail experience.
