Scheduled thru your service dept., then farmed out to third party which resulted in some confusion..Total time involved resulted in more hours than wa Scheduled thru your service dept., then farmed out to third party which resulted in some confusion..Total time involved resulted in more hours than was estimated at beginning....Ins & deductible payments worked out O-K, and so we were satisfifed , except for time.....I drive 65 mi. to your shop, so when I have 5 .5 hrs service time and 3 hrs on the road, makes a full day...It worked out alright, just a little confusion....Kara , serv. mgr., went overboard to make the experience pleasant.... Oil change and windshield replaced. Problem that they left stains on the interior of the car when doing windshield replacement. The black smudges all around the interior of the windshield. I had an oil change appointment on 6/23/20 for my Outback. I was appalled that NO ONE at Bob Rohrman Subaru was wearing a mask. That is unacceptable given the current COVID 19 health concerns. No Outback. I was appalled that NO ONE at Bob Rohrman Subaru was wearing a mask. That is unacceptable given the current COVID 19 health concerns. No one in the service department or waiting area or sales area of the dealership had one on. An oil change sticker was not put in my windshield like usual either. I will take my Subaru business and service else where from now on. I took my Honda for the same oil change service the next day to a dealership in Avon. They were so much better with regards to welcoming me, following up while my vehicle was getting worked on, and everyone was weak mask. They talked to me in person instead of calling me. They had plastic coverings on my seat and steering wheel too. It was so much better. More
