Taking care of my car. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback. Although the wait was more than I expected due I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback. Although the wait was more than I expected due to the 60K service due, I was able to get a loaner car that allowed me to go for lunch and at the same time, experience one of the new Outbacks and their new features. Not pleased with the service department at all. They do not check out the problems we have had with the car. There is a rattle in the eyesight area and right rear back seat passenger side at door will leak not check out the problems we have had with the car. There is a rattle in the eyesight area and right rear back seat passenger side at door will leak water when going through car wash and puddles. This is the second time we have not had the problem fixed and they say everything is fine, and we pick up car and all problems still here More
