Service department performed a simple rear brake pad replacement and failed to tighten the caliper bolts. Caliper detached from rotor when I attempted to slow down on highway. Dealer did not dispute their responsibility and performed the towing, repair, and refund. Upon second receipt of vehicle, brakes were still spongy and I had to do my own additional bleeding of the brake lines to get it all back to normal. More
