The issue with my vehicle was diagnosed correctly the first time and the repair was completed when the said it would be. I have no issue with the service staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly and pro first time and the repair was completed when the said it would be. I have no issue with the service staff, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. What I do have a small issue with is the diagnostic fee. I can understand being charged such a fee if I took my vehicle in with an issue, they diagnosed the problem, then I decided not to have the repair done. But in the cases where I do decide to have the repair completed at their facility they should consider greatly reducing the diagnostic fee or eliminating it all together. Just my thought on the subject. More

I had to bring my car back in for an issue that they caused. I then showed them a picture of where the leak was coming from and they assumed they weren’t the problem. Didn’t even check to find the leak and said they would charge me $140. I had to ask them to check again before they found out they were the problem. What kind of service is that? Trying to make me pay for an issue you caused and didn’t even check to see until the customer said something. I am never bringing my car back here. Not to mention how long it takes to get an oil change and other simple tasks. Completely a waste of time bringing my vehicle here. More
