The day of the purchase Jens walked me though the myriad of features the VZ Atlas has, and even then provided resources to utilize going forward. This dealership is excellent to work with. Also to note, the Business Manager deserves kudos, in that I knew what I wanted in a price / value range - and what I did not want - and he was very respectful of my wishes. While I really enjoyed the car, as well as working with Jens and Wellesley VW - I decided to go in another direction due to the lack of hybrid and/or plug-in hybrid available from VW. I would absolutely consider working with Jens and Wellesley VW in the future should VW come out with a hybrid and/or plug-in hybrid option for the Tiguan. More
