I had an idea of what type of VW vehicle that suited me that corresponded with what was available on the lot, and once Jens was engaged the process just flowed. The day of the purchase Jens walked me though the myriad of features the VZ Atlas has, and even then provided resources to utilize going forward. This dealership is excellent to work with. Also to note, the Business Manager deserves kudos, in that I knew what I wanted in a price / value range - and what I did not want - and he was very respectful of my wishes.
