Since my charity license plate has been associated with several VIN numbers, a member of the Wellesley Volkswagen team had to go to the DMV FOR me in order to clear up the issue with my license plate. When my previous VW needed service, I would enter the showroom. There were other male sales consultants who appeared to be available. Jens Albrecht was the first male who approached me. I am well aware of the gender inequality that occurs in dealerships with the attitude that women are not well informed about the mechanics and specs. Jens Albrecht was responsive to my needs; prompt in answering phone calls, emails and following through with the paperwork. He understood that there was a monetary figure that needed to be met. Jens Albrecht had a great sensor of humor, worked hard to get the exact model/color of the Tiguan that I wanted, was knowledgable on all features of the vehicle and was transparent with pricing. When we closed the deal I knew that I trusted Jens to be honest with me and appreciated his patience during our vehicle walk through. Jens helped me to understand how to return my lease (to another dealer) and honestly helped me understand how VW ranked with its competitors. The entire process from start to finish was professional, enjoyable, and free of pressure. Thankful for the experience and more than happy with my Tiguan a week later. More
