He understood immediately what I was looking for, so didn't waste my time showing me things that weren't of interest. He was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase, right through to delivery of the vehicle - and even since then when I had a question about one of the new features of my car. We had to move the date when I was going to pick up the car several times, and Jens was flexible and helpful throughout the entire process. Remi, with whom we met for financing, was just as straightforward and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a new VW I'd highly recommend this dealership! More

A Helpful and Honest First Time Car Leasing Experience I went into Wellesley Volkswagen looking to replace a very careworn hand-me-down '05 Chevy Malibu. I spent a several hours with Jens going over options and test-driving. He was super patient with me the whole time and in the end we were able to work out an affordable lease arrangement on a 2019 Jetta. Throughout the whole process I always felt I was being treated fairly and with respect. Jens helped immensely to guide me through my first car purchase/lease experience and made sure I was taken care of.
