Great Experience at Wellesley VW The lease on my 2014 Passat (which I got at Wellesley VW) was coming to an end and I wanted to move to a small SUV and a purchase, not a lease. The new Tiguan had just come out and it was one of 5 vehicles that I was interested in. I worked with Jens Albrecht at Wellesley VW and he was terrific. The Tiguan was much better that any of the other vehicles that I looked at and the whole transaction was completed very quickly. My daughter and son-in-law liked the new Tiguan so much that they leased one from Wellesley VW as well. Be sure to ask for Jens when you go in. More

Would not recommend We were in the market for a new car and decided to visit this dealer in Wellesley. Before going we communicated with the dealer via email and were tol We were in the market for a new car and decided to visit this dealer in Wellesley. Before going we communicated with the dealer via email and were told that the car we wanted was available and they were willing to talk to us about price. 2 days later when we went to the dealer, the person we talked to (different from the person on email) said they never had the car. He literally laughed when we asked him about the price we were looking to pay and did not even bother introducing himself or asking what we wanted. This was atrocious service. I guess it caters to rich Wellesley folk who could not care less that the swarmy dealers make a few $1000 s off of them. More
