Salesman Tim Lewis was friendly and personal until I told him I'd think things over and possibly return later regarding a new car purchase. Nonetheless, I returned the following business day to sign the paperwork and take ownership, even though he tried forcing an additional $499 mandatory "etching fee" onto the invoice. After the sale, he essentially tried bribing me with a free car wash and a full tank of gas in exchange for a favorable review, stating that I'd be invited back in a couple weeks to complete a survey and then receive the freebies. I explained to him that I'd pay for my own gas and car wash but would gladly give an honest straight forward opinion. Needless to say, I never heard anything back from Tim about the survey. The only positive experience I had at Russ Darrow Nissan was with the service department. They were exceptionally polite and professional. More
