Shaun is ALWAYS great to work with! This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I ha This is the 2nd time I've been in for weird things going wrong with my car after recently.purchssing it in Aug, brand new off the lot. This time I had it in for an oil change, a loud rattle from the moon roof while driving, and an emergency light blinking. Ended up needing a part over night. They ended up having my car 2 nights, while I got a loaner. It all ended up being fine and Shaun was very helpful and informative. However after not having my car for 2 days, even though they said the moon roof was fixed it is not. It began to rattle immediately after I took it home. It's a brand new car, and it's a very annoying, loud rattle. Also after saying twice that yes I'd like a car wash, that didn't happen either. Plus, I still have something on my car ring that looks like something they use in the shop to keep track of the keys? Just seems some things were forgotten or mismanaged after having my car for 2 days. Sorry so long. I'll need to come back to have them hear the noise. More

Excellent sales and finance staff. The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that' The Honda Pilot I bought was advertised at $8400 the day I found it on the web site. When I got to the dealership it had dropped to $7900, so that's what they charged me (great!). However, the Milwaukee Russ Darrow dealers have a policy of including a $499 insurance policy against auto theft (a Milwaukee area problem, but I live in West Bend). So, I still had to pay the $8400. More
