After dealer check the battery issue, it still shows low battery on the dashboard. They said it was inspected and everything okay but it still shows low battery again in next day but the engine start normal battery on the dashboard. It was refreshing to deal with Crest Volvo. They were professional, straight forward, and prompt in service requested on my Volvo. I live in Oklahoma and had visited a Volvo dealer in OKC. I wanted an ex professional, straight forward, and prompt in service requested on my Volvo. I live in Oklahoma and had visited a Volvo dealer in OKC. I wanted an extra key fob for my vehicle. The cost would be around $400. However Volvo-OKC looked at car and stated I needed NEW software to get key fob. Estimate was over $1000 !!! I declined service for the car was 9 years old and I suspected that they were padding my bill. My assumption was correct!!! I made an appointment with Crest and sure enough they program a new key fob for $400 and after telling them my story they stated there was nothing wrong with my software!! Thank you Crest Volvo for your honesty!! I will gladly drive the 3 hours for you to service my car simply based on your honesty and integrity! More
