My sales rep, Jeremiah Bradshaw, is the best! Lucas White went out of his way to let me test drive my vehicle in Jeremiah's absence even knowing I was already working with someone else. Left feeling good instead of the usual feeling of being beaten up after buying a car at other dealerships!!! More

I went to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and looked around for a bit then I decided to test drive a 2012 used Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab and a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Mark Raines and Rich Welle assisted me with the experience. Mark did not hassle me nor did he try to persuade me into buying a dodge. I simply stated to him I was just wanted to test drive the trucks. Well to my liking I was very impressed with the way both trucks drove even the used 2012 Dodge drove well. However, after consideration I decided to purchase the new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew cab. It made more since to go with the new truck for the price, warranty, and all the nice extra features that the dealership offers. Mark was their to answer all my questions and concerns through the whole process. He never did try to be pushy or just to get me to buy a car. He was extremely customer focused and very helpful. Also the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. If you decide to purchase a dodge then I highly reccomend going to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Mark Raines or Rich Welle. They will do all they can to service your needs. However, if they are not there the rest of the staff will be more than happy to service your needs. The whole staff at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ran are very customer oriented and very helpful. I'm a very happy customer and I believe time will attest to this. Quick, Easy, Fair, & Genuine Guys To Work With! I met Jeremiah while in for an oil change once. Such a nice guy! Not pushy, genuine, kind, and just plain nice. I wanted to work with Jeremiah on m I met Jeremiah while in for an oil change once. Such a nice guy! Not pushy, genuine, kind, and just plain nice. I wanted to work with Jeremiah on my new Cherokee lease very much, but I felt obligated to return to the dealer in the mountains where I'd leased my previous truck. So, I ordered a new Cherokee from the factory, waited three months, and booked a trip to the mountains for a fun weekend after taking delivery. The day before I was to go pick it up, the dealer backed out on the incentives they told me were price-protected. My credit tier changed for no reason (supposedly) and a handful of other nonsense excuses of theirs cause my payment to go up. We decided to still go to the mountains, but we stopped into Gastonia on the way. Jeremiah got me in an awesome new Cherokee, just the way I wanted it, for a better price, and got me a few additional add-ons free of charge, just for giving him and his boss, Dan, another opportunity to earn my business. I am theirs for life now. The icing on the cake was the mere five minutes I spent in F&I with Brandon. These guys had everything buttoned up and put together, and it showed. Great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

When we stumbled onto a hitch in the credit approval stage, they were quick and professional in finding a feasible solution. This is the second vehicle my fiance, Brian, has purchased there, and my first, and we're very happy with our choice. The car is wonderful! The gentleman helping us in the finance department, however, seemed very rushed and didn't really explain anything. He just threw the contracts in front of us and said "sign here and here". He seemed eager to hurry us out, which I found really unprofessional. More
