They wrecked my Challenger On May 25, 2015, I purchased a 2015 Challenger. I paid for a spoiler to be installed. Jeremiah told me that it would take 3-5 days to get the part an On May 25, 2015, I purchased a 2015 Challenger. I paid for a spoiler to be installed. Jeremiah told me that it would take 3-5 days to get the part and he would call me to schedule the installation. 2 weeks went by and I had to call multiple times to inquire about it. Not once did he call me. After another 2 weeks and multiple excuses; they ordered the wrong part, the part was damaged; I drove to the dealership and asked about it in person, again, not one phone call. After another week, I called and was told the part was in and at that time I scheduled an appointment to have the spoiler installed. At 9am on June 30, 2015, I took my Challenger (that had 1069 miles on it and the mpg was 24.8) and Jeremiah said he would personally take it to the body shop and that I would have it back in 3-5 days. I got a voicemail at 12:00 that my car had been in an accident. I went to the dealership and they told me that another customer hit my car when Jeremiah was driving it around to pick up the part. At this point I said I wanted a new car, because they wrecked mine. GM, Ron Lovelace said that was not an option. He said they would get it fixed with all new parts, no bondo, that I should have the car back within 1 week. After 5 weeks at the body shop, I finally got my car back. It had 617 additional miles on it and the mpg was 19.5. Rebecca Fox brought me the keys and asked if there was a problem. I said YES, there are an additional 600 miles on my car!! She asked what she could do and I said I wanted to speak with the general manager. When I ask Ron, GM, about this he told me that no one from the dealership drove it and he said the owner of the body shop said no one from his shop drove it, except to and from the dealership/bodyshop. You don't make a purchase of this magnitude without knowing the little things about your new car that makes it special. I asked to see the service ticket with the mileage and was told they didn't do one. After driving away from the dealership, I noticed the car was pulling to the left. I took it to my mechanic and he did an alignment on it: the front end was almost an inch out of toe and the rear was 1/4 inch out of toe. But no one drove it!! I did more invesitgation of the bumper to bumper warranty that I paid nearly $3000 for and found out it was only good at this dealership and that it did NOT cover any of the drive train. On August 4, 2015 I went to the dealership and canceled the add on warranty. Brian told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to process. On October 9, 2015, I called Brian and asked the status, because it was past 8 weeks. He told me that his contract guy checked on it and that the check had come to them and that they would send the check to my finance company "either today or tomorrow, it will go out Fed Ex, it should be there in 3 days." On October 24, 2015, I agian went to the dealership and asked Brian for an update, because I still did not have the money credited to my finance contract. He said that it should have been taken care of already. He assured me that he would call me with an update on October 26, 2015 between 9 and 10 am. At 6 pm, I left a voicemail and sent him an email with my contract account number and asked why I have not had an update as promised. At 6:30 pm, I received a voicemail that the check was sent out to my finance company today!!!!!!! This has been the worst experiance that I have ever had with ANY dealership. They got my money and did NOT care about any follow through. I will discourage anyone that is thinking of buying a vehicle from them!!! More

Helped change some of my opinion of dealerships I confess, if this car had not been such a good deal, I would not have even gone to this dealership to start with. I can't stand dealerships. However, the team at the Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store helped to change some of my negative perceptions. Most of the people I dealt through the entire experience were very eager to help (without being too pushy), friendly, and listened to my needs and concerns. I can tell that they really want to provide good customer service and do everything they can to make that happen. The financing part was quick and painless. For me personally, Brett and Brian were standouts - very professional and helpful. If I need to purchase another car in the future, I would definitely consider looking for a vehicle at this dealership. More

Easiest car buying experience EVER! I typically rate car buying right up there with a dreaded bad visit to the dentist. But I'd have to say this dealership changed that experience for me. I visited the lot and browsed their inventory about a week prior without being chased around or pressured to make a decision that day. A couple days later I went online and looked at the vehicle I was pretty sure I wanted and used the chat feature. A salesman contacted me within about 20 minutes (maybe less). I asked for some pricing on the vehicle and had the offers the next day. I was certain I wanted this car and went to the dealership the next evening for a test drive and completed the purchase. It was a no pressure atmosphere. My salesperson Jeremiah B. answered all of our questions and worked our deal with the sales manager exactly to fit our terms and price! He was very professional yet personable and easy going. There was NO HAGGLING! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I love my JEEP CHEROKEE LATTITUDE! I would definitely recommend this dealership overall and be buying future vehicles from them. More

Buying a car is usually stressful but they make it much more tolerable than any other dealership I've ever purchased a car from. My most recent purchase was from Jeremiah Bradshaw. He was knowledgeable, professional and went out of his way to accommodate my requests. I would highly recommend him to my friends/family--in fact he worked with someone I brought in two weeks after my purchase and he spent a lot of time and effort to help them. Outstanding dealership!
